  1. I bought a brand-new Galaxy Note 10+ on June 1,2020 and after a couple of weeks I started experiencing problems as listed below:
    • The phone started to turn off and on by itself.
    • The phone became extremely hot.
    • The phone suddenly did not recognize that there was a SIM card installed.
    I turned the mobile off and kept it off the entire night. Next morning, I started the phone and the same problem got repeated.

    I contacted the seller and I was advised to contact the local Samsung number for help. I was told to bring it to a Galaxy agent at Extra and was advised to remove all input from the mobile and reset.
    After doing this, I started the phone and it worked fine for again a couple of weeks.
    The problem repeated itself again exactly as repeated above.
    Again, and the third time I repeated the reset and it worked fine for a couple of weeks.
    Please note every time I must re-enter and reinstall all my data and information which is time consuming (wasted time).
    Finally, I took the device to your Extra agent on August 12, 2020 and as of today August 26, 2020, the device is not ready.
    I bought the phone because I needed it and I cannot wait that long for repair.
    I am losing confidence in Samsung/ Galaxy as I expected to get immediately a replacement as other respectable companies do.
    I expect immediate replacement and compensation as I had to buy another device.

    I Emmanuel Buttigieg was told by Michael Hirst & Sarah Scott that I have won a Samsung competition value 800000 but to claim this prize I’ve paid the sum of $9000 Australian money which I didn’t have I had to borrow and I still don’t have prize because now I’m getting told i have to pay another $3500 which is impossible to find I don’t understand why I’m laying out all this money for a prize I think it should’ve come out of the prize winnings I hope you can help me because this has put a lot off stress on me and my family

  3. I have been having trouble with your appliance service center in central florida, usa.
    I am sure samsung has lost a lot of business because of the poor repair service offered by Lakes Electronics Inc.

    I have no problem with Samsung customer care but trying to get my damaged refrigerator repaired has been a nightmare. Case #4153587960.
    Samsung has been working on this since July 22nd, 2020 and it is now August 31, 2020.
    Both the refrigerator door and the freezer door and handle have been damaged by the delivery co and the repair co when fixing the ref. door. I still have a damaged freezer door.
    I have put a dispute in with my charge card co and they have withdrawn payment for the refrigerator untill resolved.
    I think Samsung should get another service center and the reviews backup my comments.
    This is still ongoing and I will next tell Home Depot payment is in dispute and if not resolved soon I will contact an attorney to see what can be done.

I Emmanuel was told by Sarah Scott and Micheal Hirst that i had won $800000 which they forgot to inform me that I had to pay to get it transferred into my account which I did but I had borrow the $9500 they told me after the last payment off $1500 and I would have the prize money into my account but then i got told that I would had top another $3500 to get it in my account this has put a lot stress on my life because I cant get because my financially its impossible to get because my wages barely cove my bills which has put me behind and in ruins can anyone help me please

I am the owner of a inferior and bad engineering on the part of Samsung refrigerator.My name is Kaye Smith , I live in the United States and was unfortunate enough to purchase a Samsung rtefrigerator about 3 years ago that has given me nothing but problems since day one. The ice maker is defective as your company already knows because there is a recall out on the ice making mechanism. We have had the ice maker worked on a few times already and now as I am writing this it is down again! But, now it is also making a noise so loud it is unbearable to live with ! I cannot get in touch with anyone to talk with about this problem, all I get is the run around! I fully expect your company to stand behind your product and refund the money I have put out on this refrigerator! Of course, I do not see this happening , but that is what good business used to be! We have put out at least a thousand dollars in repairs and not including the price of the refigerator itself. I would at least like for you to answer this e mail if you will be so kind. the model num ber this fridge is RF28HFEDTWW/AA . I will never again buy a Samsung product unless you are willing to refund at least part of my money that I have paid out in repairs on this frige plus fix it!   6. I have been withot an air conditioner (split unit) since 12 of July, and the company bracnh in Makkah, Saudi Arabia told me that the spare part (compressor) will not be available until next November ! The machine is still under warrnty.
    Is this acceptable? can anyone live without an air conditioner in such a cliamte?
    Please intervene and help.
